### How do I book, and do I need an account?
Pick a branch and a time on this site. We only ask for your name, mobile number and your pet's name; there is no account to create. You get a reference number straight away, and an email too if you leave one.

### What counts as an emergency?
Trouble breathing, a fall or accident, poisoning, seizures, heavy bleeding, or a swollen belly with retching. Come straight to Banilad and call on the way so the team is ready. Emergencies are seen first.

### Can I go to a different branch next time?
Yes. All branches share one record, so the vet who sees your pet has the full history, vaccines and past results.

### How much will it cost?
Where a price is set, you see it when you book. Before any treatment we give you a written estimate to approve, except for life-saving emergency care.

### Can I get my pet's results, prescriptions and certificates?
Yes. Lab results and x-rays are added to your pet's record once the vet releases them. Prescriptions carry a QR code any pharmacy can check, and our vets issue health, travel, vaccination and spay or neuter certificates.

### How will I hear about my pet while confined?
The care team sends you updates by message or email, and you can call the branch any time to ask how your pet is doing.
